Study abroad with EESA
Eastern European Study Abroad offers a one a kind semester and academic year long study abroad program in Kharkiv, Ukraine where students take classes in English, learn or improve the Russian or Ukrainian language and embark on 3 weeks of intensive travel on academic field trips to 9 cities in 6 different countries! Academic field trips include Czech Republic (Prague), Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg), Ukraine (Kharkiv, Kyiv and Lviv), Poland (Krakow and Auschwitz), Austria (Vienna) and Hungary (Budapest)! Intensive Russian and Ukrainian language offered!!! There is no foreign language prerequisite to participate: Courses are offered in English in the fields of economics, business, political science, cultural studies, international relations and history. Intensive Russian or Ukrainian language courses are also offered! Students with prior Russian or Ukrainian experience can take upper level language courses or enroll in university courses directly with local students. EESA's host university is V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, est.1804, one of the oldest and most prominent universities in Eastern Europe. The University is currently ranked third in Ukraine and has been a leader in higher education for over two centuries. The EESA-Ukraine program remains one of the most affordable study abroad programs available! EESA strives to make studying abroad affordable. We recognize that many students don't have the necessary funds to fulfill their dreams of studying abroad. We work individually with each student to ensure that they can afford studying abroad with EESA. We will make it work for you! EESA offers numerous scholarships as well as various discounts and promotions which will cut the cost of the program even further than the new lowered cost.
